Small-Scale Infrastructure

SDF has the mandate to facilitate investment in projects by financing small-scale infrastructure developments. The principle applied in this respect is to keep these activities small and directly related to the project in question. For example, if an investor needs his factory to be connected to the power grid, the SDF might pay for that; similarly if an access road or water supply was required that could be catered for. At the grower level, this facility might work with Enterprise Grants Window to provide necessary structures. No more than 10 percent of the overall quantum will be spent of this kind of activity.
